Curator and Founder

While the gallery was founded in 2019, curator and founder of Miami Art Society, J.P.S. Williams, began his career in the art world a decade ago. His experience in the industry has incorporated every aspect of the art landscape, from art handling and project management, to curation and event coordination. Having worked with some of the most prestigious galleries and institutions in Miami in all these different capacities, Williams brings a wide array of skills to his gallery's toolbox and its ability to compete in the global art market. The depth and multidimensionality of his industry experience allowed Williams to befriend and work alongside the city's most talented artists. It's these very relationships between gallerist and artist that form the foundations of Miami Art Society.
